IntelliTrack for Woo Commerce

IntelliTrack for WooCommerce links IntelliTrack and WooCommerce so that they share inventory tracking and order processing. Use the integration to:

• Import WooCommerce inventory into IntelliTrack.
• Export inventory adjustments from IntelliTrack to WooCommerce.
• Import orders from WooCommerce into IntelliTrack.
• Process order fulfillment from IntelliTrack to WooCommerce.

Note: In order for the inventory and order information to flow between WooCommerce and IntelliTrack, the following settings must be in place: connection to the WooCommerce store and the Plugin configuration settings.

Important: IntelliTrack for WooCommerce works within the Plugin Host Utility. To use this utility, role of the logged-in user must include the IntegrateThis feature grants access to the Import/Export Utility and the Plugin Host Utility. It is available in edit mode and read-only mode. Access to this feature enables the Tools > Install Import/Export Utility option and the Install Import Export Utility page. This page contains the Import/Export Utility installer. It also enables the Tools > Install Plugin Host Utility option and the Plugin Host Utility page. This page contains the Plugin Host Utility installer. feature. You must install the Plugin Host Utility first. After the Plugin Host Utility is installed and running, you are able to log into it and activate the plugin.

Warning: Make sure that setup is complete before using the Plugin to sync data between IntelliTrack and your WooCommerce store. Otherwise the data between the applications will become out-of-sync.

• Once you have set up the Plugin and the configuration options, the updates between IntelliTrack and WooCommerce are continual per your settings as long as the WooCommerce store connection is available. The WooCommerce store connection must be available for the transactions that are occurring in IntelliTrack to be updated in WooCommerce.
• If the Plugin Host Utility or the Plugin Host Service is not running, WooCommerce will not share data with IntelliTrack. However, after they are restarted, the next time IntelliTrack is opened, the Plugin will sync the data with WooCommerce according to the Plugin Host settings.

Note: When you are ready to sync the data automatically, enable the Sync Interval in the Plugin to enable the automatic syncing. The data will sync automatically based upon the Sync Time Range and the Sync Interval settings.

Integration Overview

Use IntelliTrack for WooCommerce to link WooCommerce data with IntelliTrack so that as you receive orders from your WooCommerce store, they can be fulfilled in IntelliTrack. To activate and use IntelliTrack for WooCommerce, your user role must have the IntelliTrack for Woo Commerce feature and an active connection to WooCommerce.

To have the manual sync options available with IntelliTrack for WooCommerce, the user role must include the IntelliTrack for WooCommerce feature.

WooCommerce Data Imported into IntelliTrack

When you use IntelliTrack for WooCommerce, the following WooCommerce data is imported into IntelliTrack at a regular interval.

• Products (including unit cost)
• Orders (one way sync from WooCommerce to IntelliTrack based on user-selectable order import status)

Product Support

The integration supports the following product types:

• Simple product
• Grouped product: The actual grouped product record is not imported. Each associated product within the grouped product is imported.
• Variable product

The integration does not support the following product type:

• External/Affiliate

The integration does not support the following product of any type with the following property:

• Virtual
• Downloadable

Data Exported from IntelliTrack to WooCommerce

The following data is exported from IntelliTrack to WooCommerce:

• Order Item Picks
• Order Shipping Information
• Inventory adjustments are exported from IntelliTrack to WooCommerce once a day, based on the End of Day processing timer setting. When the End of Day processing is run, it retrieves the current inventory quantity for each item and sends it to WooCommerce.

Note: Order fulfillment and inventory adjustments are applied from IntelliTrack to WooCommerce.
